PIA for Google Docs #105

1) Do we have a PIA already for Google Docs? 2) If not, can we get one? 3) if answer to 2) is "Yes", what information do we need to provide.

The following URL displays all PIAs (A PIA is a Privacy Impact Assessment) in existence. Once on this page, search for "Google" and you'll see that no specific PIA exists for Google Docs. http://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/bc-personal-information-directory-pid/resource/1bf89cdf-168a-4945-94bb-e80aed602845. So, answer to 1) is "NO" Answer to 2) is "YES", if we complete the form and satisfy the requirements. The form is here: http://www.cio.gov.bc.ca/cio/priv_leg/foippa/pia/pia_index.page I will complete the form, submit and advise of result.
