City of Surrey API console update (v2)

Update to the City of Surrey's API console (Service Requests API). Add further documentation and refinements to default values, branding, resources/parameters based on feedback from Surrey UAT.

Story:

As a developer I need to understand how the City of Surrey's Service Request API works. I need to be able to explore the resources and parameters available in the API.

Success Criteria:

• Implement refinements based on feedback from the City of Surrey (parameters, branding, labels etc)
• Updated API console in the API store for the Service Requests API
• Approval from the City of Surrey on version 2 of the API console

Deliverables:

• Updated swagger definition file (v1.2) completed
• Published new API console in current API store (WSO2) - version 2

API console has been published to the API store. Currently waiting to receive feedback (UAT) from the City of Surrey before work is initiated on a next version of the console.
