If you have any questions about this opportunity, please ask here in the comments and @ZachWoodward and I will do our best to answer.
One bit of clarification: in the Proposal Evaluation Criteria, when we say "your previous work/familiarity with the BC Developers' Exchange and the Procurement Concierge tech stacks" we mean the technologies/languages that are used -- not working on the particular applications themselves.
@mark-a-wilson and @ZachWoodward -
Will maintenance include production support? Or will we be providing support to the production support team? We are trying to determine if you will need SLAs.
Will the procurement services branch have another development team working on the product during the maintenance period?
Thanks!
Hello Holly, The product will be in a live/production ready state by the end of October. Additional maintenance is to be provided on a as when/needed basis without support from a PSB development team at this time.
Regards, Zachary Woodward

Is there a page or place where you post the winning proposal for any of the BC Dev Exchange opportunities?
Hello Jeremy,
The site does advise the winning proponent but we, at this time, do not actively post the winning submitted proposal.

@Fosol - thanks for your question. I don't believe we've done that yet, but if there's a particular opportunity you're interested in, I would be happy to contact the product owner and ask if they (and the assignee) would be willing to make the winning proposal available publicly (or at least share it with you privately).
Ah! @ZachWoodward beat me to it. He is the procurement specialist, so he can advise whether my suggestion is inappropriate. 😬
I'll keep that in mind. I've been following the various opportunities to see if they fit my experience and availability over the last year. Knowing the winning proposal would be useful information to understand the competition. Spending time submitting proposals is best spent on those I'd have the greatest possibility of winning.
Thanks for your interest, @Fosol. I don't have any magic advice for how to win an assignment — you'll see that the Proposal Evaluation Criteria is unique for each opportunity. But seeing some of the winning proposals would at least help you analyze what really good ones look like.
The spirit/intent of the Code With Us vehicle is to push Gov to make its code open so that a much broader pool of talent can work with us, and so that the assignment of an opportunity is based on an individual/team's capability to work with the codebase at hand, not their previous experience working with Gov.
