Hi,

I use Thunderbird v 60.5.0 and also Outlook, both are connected to Exchange calendar. In Thunderbird I use "Exchange Calendar 5.0.0 alpha 2" addon for connecting to Exchange.

If I create or edit an event using my Outlook client and then trying to open it in Thunderbird, it displays HTML code like

<!-- /* Font Definitions */ @font-face {font-family:"Cambria Math"; panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4;} @font-face {font-family:Calibri; panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4;} @font-face {font-family:"Segoe UI"; panose-1:2 11 5 2 4 2 4 2 2 3;} @font-face {font-family:"Segoe UI Semibold"; panose-1:2 11 7 2 4 2 4 2 2 3;} /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {mso-style-priority:99; color:#0563C1; text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {mso-style-priority:99; color:#954F72; text-

At the same time it renders events which were created in Outlook by others (read-only for me) - the content displayed correctly and no HTML code is displayed.

What can I do in order to fix the issue? I've asked the same question there and as I understand that is an issue of the addon...

Thanks a lot.

I've seen this as well in the past but cannot reproduce it right now with Thunderbird 60.6.1, Lightning 6.2.5 and Exchangecalendar 5.0.0-alpha3. Is this still an issue for you with these versions?

Hi, yeah, it is still the case. That usually happening when, for example I create or edit an invitation in Outlook and then opening the same issue in Thundebird.
