Declining an event proposes new time using current date and time #272

The dialog is fine but the actual message sent reflects a new proposal using current date and time. Recipients get obviously confused, while sender doesn't notice.

This is identical to some comments in #158, while the actual topic of that issue is different.

Seeing same issue however it always uses a time in the past for the new proposed time. See attached. Also, it only seems to happen if you open the dialog to add a message to your decline reply. If you straight up decline without adding comments, the proper decline message is sent to the organizer.

We are also seeing the same when the user add's a comment to the reply, accepted or declined.
