Fix order amount calculations #22

This PR changes the logic around order amount calculations.

For sell orders we're now considering:

OpenDEX base asset maximum outbound balance
OpenDEX quote asset maximum inbound balance + sell price
centralized exchange's quote asset balance + spot price of the asset

For buy orders we're now considering:

OpenDEX base asset max inbound balance
OpenDEX quote asset max outbound balance + buy price
centralized exchange's base asset balance
