Travis API token periodically lost access permission of ExchangeUnion/xud-docker repository #8

Idea for a "good enough" solution: we change the travis account to a shared one + add an error message into xud-docker-bot @everyone whenever this happens. Then somebody can lock into this travis account and press the button in the webui to bring it back to life.
