It does actually patch Confidence, but it's taking the minimum of previous changes and the AI Overhaul change, which I think is a bit odd. I'm going to fix all this in my fork.

I took the minimum value because I'm a bit conservative with unique NPCs lives in my load order. I always found it jarring when civilians would rush bare handed to fight monsters. And AIO mostly affected non-combatants at the time.
