build cache in warmer #37

Fixes #22. Has the files generated by the deployment user, like the rest of the initial cache build, instead of the web-server user on first use.

@alister see my last comment in https://github.com/Exercise/HTMLPurifierBundle/issues/22 issue. This would be enough to resolve your issue.
