Improve Spectator View

Spectator view is very glitchy when spectating other players.

• recoil & gunsound doesn't register
• placed attachment doesn't appear on the gun
• viewmodel FOV is very low (should be 72)

this is an issue because players are allegedly calling others 'hackers' but we cannot distinguish if they're actually cheating or not because of buggy the current spectator view is.

alternatively, we could get a screengrabbing addon that does not capture the steam overlay so we can view the client's game to see if they have any scripty menus and whatnot

the spectator being buggy is very apparent in flood aswell, if this was an easy fix I'd have done it years ago. But yes I really want it fixed and the end goal is for it to look exactly like the player you're spectating sees it.
