Add acceptableRemoteVersions #2

So that vanilla clients can connect to servers with this mod installed.

Hm, didn't know it was a thing. However I think it will cause for example tall grass to be destroyed client side and than show back again after sync with server. Can't test it myself, because of the lack of time.

I'll test it myself, but even if desync does happen (which it probably will), it would still be a cool feature.

I've got some time to tested it myself. And with changes I made I think this will work. Thanks for PR
