This pr provides little fixes for the Submit modal API and Pending APIs on user api page.
There was a problem on value sent to the backend using the select option tag on submit api modal, the OAuth type was incorrect, now is fixed.
H1 titles are not linked to the layout anymore, now they are separated tags.
