EMP Grenade is able to open 079 Gate #74

Describe the bug The EMP Grenade is able to open 079 Gates without any need for generator procedure.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get an EMP Grenade from spawn ( Configured to PT Room by Server )
  2. Throw it at the gate

Expected behavior The gate should not be opened without the generator recontainment procedure.

Server logs Unknown (Community Hosted Server)

EXILED Version 4.2.3

Results of show plugins command in console: Unknown (Community Hosted Server)

Additional context This could open a possibility for players to exploit 079 Recontainment Procedure.

There are config options for the EMP grenade to allow/disallow it opening locked or keycard required doors.
