ISO/TEI: Schema(s) #369

The current "official" version is now here:

This is the ZuMult flavor, i.e. a relatively strict version which, for instance, requires full tokenisation. Probably need two schemas in the long run: ZuMult as bad cop, and another one as good cop, allowing more.
