add support for tagging any transcription tier via TreeTagger #409

Currently, the transformation scenario "Dulko: S-, pos-, and lemma-tiers (learner text)" presupposes that the transcription reference tier to be tagged is of category word. It would be nice to allow for tagging transcription tiers of any category.
