Go from timeline display to Partitur #418

Give the user some way of scrolling the Partitur to the right place corresponding to the position in the timeline/waveform display

Double click in the waveform is taken (it sets a marker for a long selection). Two options:

  1. double click on the start label
  2. 'nuther button, maybe next to the navigation button
