Allow columns in Coma for more than one metadata field at once #474

Both for Communications and Speakers, one can make just one variable displayed in the Var column. Should be possible to add more than one, e.g. Dialect and Settlement and Genre. (Preferably also allowing to sort by multiple columns.)
