Long processing time after edit contribution #483

Bei der Bearbeitung mittels "Beitrag bearbeiten" dauert die Übernahme einer Änderung teilweise über eine halbe Minute. Ich kann den Fehler nicht sauber replizieren - mal erfolgt eine Änderungsübernahme sofort, manchmal dreht sich der Fortschrittskreis eben eine halbe Minute und man geht fast davon aus, dass sich Orthonormal aufgehängt hat.

I can reproduce the behavior. Need to profile what is taking so long.

It is the consolidating of token IDs which can take up to 30 seconds.

Changing the method for looking up existing IDs makes it fast as lightning. We are talking about lightning which has seen better days, has a slight limp on the right leg and is carrying quite a lot of baggage, but still: lightning!
