Play / Stop and select action #490

Start playback of the recording. When playback is stopped, select interval of last playback (cf. MaxQDA). Not hard to do in principle, but not so easy to integrate into the GUI. Currently versuchsweise on F9 and F10 for the PE.

And F11 for adding an interval. No idea where this is going...
