Exo-TiC / ExoTiC-ISM

This is a repository for the reduction pipeline detailed in Wakeford, et al., 2016, ApJ. The method implements marginalization across a series of models to represent stochastic models for observatory and instrument systematics. This is primarily for HST WFC3, however, may be extended to STIS in the future.

Redefine weights threshold as variable #38

We print all the weights above a certain threshold. This threshold is currently set to 0.05. Discuss whether this number is ok for all future datasets ever, or if we should put it as a variable in the configfile.

This variable is also just for guidelines to the user and does not then have an effect on the marginalization. If the user wants to know all of the weights for their analysis they will be able to access all of the information in the saved files.
