Exo-TiC / ExoTiC-ISM

This is a repository for the reduction pipeline detailed in Wakeford, et al., 2016, ApJ. The method implements marginalization across a series of models to represent stochastic models for observatory and instrument systematics. This is primarily for HST WFC3, however, may be extended to STIS in the future.

Updated readme descriptions #67

It appears that it is not possible to include equations in GitHub README markdown files. Instead I have updated the description of the code function with specific reference to equations and tables in the linked paper.

I have also added links to other papers in the README.

Nice! I will also use this PR to fix the Quickstart instructions and the environment file if that's ok.
