This is a repository for the reduction pipeline detailed in Wakeford, et al., 2016, ApJ. The method implements marginalization across a series of models to represent stochastic models for observatory and instrument systematics. This is primarily for HST WFC3, however, may be extended to STIS in the future.

Clarifying readme #77

I changed the configfile such that it now takes an absolute path to the input data; previously, that was always a relative path within the repository, which is not good. Now the default values is a data folder inside the repo, where we keep the template data, but one can simply drop in an absolute path to anywhere on the disk now.

I also updated the readme, hopefully it is clearer now. Please advise @hrwakeford
