Move to new object-oriented user interface. #17

This PR overhauls most of the code, refactoring to a more pythonic feel, and introduces a class for users to interact with. Several bugs were all fixed:

High resolution nans,
User feedback on typical exceptions,
Reading stellar grids without column spaces,
wdata arg converted to tuple.,
sensitivity_files lower case issue,
returning only specified ld law coeffs per run,
and specifying units in docstrings.
