Incorporate the MPS ATLAS library of stellar models #23

Working with Dr Kostogryz and her team to incorporate their new grid of stellar models into the ExoTiC-LD framework.

These models go from 3500K to 9000K, logg 3 to 5, [M/H]-5 to 1.5
