Update the documentations with new features and citation links.

Citation updates for V3

Stellar model grids

[ ] Kurucz 1D grid [THE 1993 KURUCZ STELLAR ATMOSPHERES ATLAS]
[ ] Stagger 3D grid [Magic2015]
[ ] MPS1 Kostogryz2022 uses the Grevesse & Saul 1998 abundances with chemical mixing length of 1.25.
[ ] MPS2 Kostogryz2022 uses the Asplund + (2009) abundances with chemical mixing length dependent on stellar parameters from Viani+ (2018)

Update to Zenodo Data

Change the data structure so that users can download parts of the needed grids instead of all of them.

sensitivity files (this is pretty small but needs updating at some point if STScI produces more accurate JWST files #25 )

Update documentation on allowed variables

limb-darkening laws available (add in square-root law #28 )
stellar model grid selection (updated for inclusion of MPS grids #23), including custom stellar model #21
