Major update addressing issues #5 & #2 #7

This update fully addresses issue #5 such that the code can be run on any of the Webb time series modes - in addition photometric modes for TESS and Spitzer were also included

This update also addressed issue #2 where the needed data files for this code are accessed through a Zenodo link. All needed data is in the LD_data file from that DOI and the user then just directs the code to that folder to run everything.

This has been tested and it all worked well.

Additional updates were then made to the comments in the python script and in the README
