Do you want to convert the data format from ExoMol to HITRAN with all quantum numbers? If yes, there is a code PyExoCross can do it (GitHub: https://github.com/ExoMol/PyExoCross). You can also find some examples from the manual at https://pyexocross.readthedocs.io/.

I've been using the ExoMol POKAZATEL water line list to model cool stars, but I've been limited because my line lists don't have the vibrational band assignments. As I understand it, the ExoMol_to_HITRAN.py script simply isn't made to preserve that info. Has anyone written a fixed .py script for this issue?
