Default observatory coordinates not picked up #11

HOPS 3.1 does not use default latitude and longitude, as set up in my profile. My file headers don't contain these keys, but HOPS does not pre-fill the location box with saved default values so I have to type the information in every time I start processing a new observation. (Windows 10/ 64)

v3.1.1 - Added option to choose the profile coordinates.
