Fitting Test Run - reported O-C. #14

Closed ExoClock-adrian closed 1 year ago

ExoClock-adrian commented 1 year ago

Successive test runs on different photometry files report different O-C values for the Expected model. Should this not be constant? (is it actually O-C for the Best Fit model?) (Windows 10/ 64)

atsiaras commented 1 year ago

O-C is the difference between the Best-fit and the expected models. So, it will indeed change from one photometry result to another.

Sorry – it’s obvious of course πŸ™„. I just confused myself because the O-C is displayed immediately beside the (static) Expected Model parameters.
