doc: missing docs for layerzero messaging fee when calling functions #76

Description

When calling staking functions, a part of the eth is transferred to ClientChainGateway to pay for the messaging fee, while we have quote function to query the fee amount, it is not easy to use and there lacks documentations about how this fee is calculated
