Added support for Maya2018 on windows 10 and Centos 7.4 #67

Note 1: On windows 10 when configuring the project through cmake there are 5 test that fail, you can ignore them Note 2: On windows 10 + visual studio 2015 boost used is version 1.65.1 instead of version 1.44 (I can give you a link to my updated Libraries dependencies if needed)

There's a little change missing in order to compile it in Linux with the included boost library 1.44. I'll fix it and request again.
