Make use of play.google.com/sdks #146

It would be nice to make use of https://play.google.com/sdks to verify the detection rules, and maybe periodically check that none are missing.

I think in the future, we can use this website to get new trackers, but we have not enough informations to create completely trackers on etip.

The yes, I think that the only use for the website is to check which trackers aren't in ETIP :/

Thanks @jvoisin for the suggestion!

I do not see how we can use it automatically for the moment, but that's definitely a great source for checking for new trackers, and enrich the existing ones' profiles.
