In case you need additional package names to cross-check: com.pcmehanik.smarttoolkit is another one I just encountered (and yes, I checked it's available on Play).

Thanks @IzzySoft for your report. A fix is in the pipeline and I could confirm that it works with this app (com.pcmehanik.smarttoolkit) too.

Hopefully we should be alive to publish it soon.

Besides, I've got a long list with packages that failed the scan for no reason an end-user could see: all free apps from Play, about 600 of them. If you're interested in that list, just let me know. I didn't log at what stage they failed (e.g. the same as here, or "unable to decode", or "unable to calculate fingerprint"), though, but that should be easy to find out.
