Updated format for dates in press reviews

Hello, I updated the format for dates in both the French and English press pages of the website.

For the English version, I used the official format, referred here on Princeton University website

For the French version, I used the format of the National Union of Edition workers (Syndicat national de l'édition)

-- Bonus: I also edited a typo at the bottom of the English page for Scientific articles
