Added two simple features #12

For you information, I added two features:

  1. Backup is skipped if no one was online since last backup
  2. Ability to backup additional folders, e.g. the plugins folder

Those were requested on the plugin page and were simple enough so I figured I might add them.

Ok will merge this, I'll compile and publish the changes to the bukkit dev page later on today.
