This update has been tested for c4g. I'm not worried about cs4.

Still to do:

check that everything will be fine for IPS
turn off the switch heater WITHOUT sweeping down when stopping the measurement

Note: certain things are not fine for now for IPS (for example didn't correct there the use of dict instead of an OrderedDict) but @MatthieuDartiailh wants to refactor the code in any case :)

The stop is now working properly for c4g.

@lcontami I made my changes. They could definitively use another set of eyes and some manual testing. Could you take care of it ?
