This education experience violates the original Skills course

Describe the issue

Why on earth have you decided to generate this repository from the template github-education-experiences/Series-Intro-to-GitHub-Flow-template-repo and fork a repository from this repository for every learner? This is a totally absurd idea. Your fellow Hubbers who have created the Skills course skills/introduction-to-github have thoughtfully let learners generate a repository from the Skills template, so that learners can see a button that says Compare & pull request after pushing a commit to a branch and can avoid opening pull requests in the original repository. You had better respect them when you create an education experience using a Skills course.

Expected behavior
