Add DataCite metadata in sheet #13

I suggest to put all required metadata in the one workbook. I.e. to include the datacite and EML mandatory metadata.

This should be discussed, as it would limit the generality of the scheme.

In our case, the dataCite scheme is used, while other repositories use other schemes for the general metadata.

I'll think about this.
