Add function which creates a nice pdf / html / ... report of the validity of the metadata by using the data files associated.

The function is validate(). It generates html, pdf, docx or all at the same time.

This function is mainly a dummy and validations need to be included.

This is work in progress. A basic report is there, and development will continue.

@opetchey : I have opened Wiki Page where we can collect the features to be validated and track which ones are included. Please feel free to add points.
