filter metadata based on data files #24

The metadata needs to be filtered, so that only the metadata related to the data file (i.e. Treatment, Measurement, DataExtraction) is included in the final metadata, i.e. xml.

This can be a tedious process....

Fixed by merging of xmlExport branch
