Generate OWL ontology description #29

We should have all the data required to do this, but I don't have the slightest clue how.

Suggestion:

  1. create csv files with mappings of fields to different other schemes. Possibilities are EML and / or Darwin Core?
  2. create functions to convert the exported xml to the shcemes in the csv file
