Add description to `emeScheme_validation` objet #33

To make the interpretation of the validation results easier, a field description should be added to the emeScheme_validation definition.

This field should hold information on

1) what is validated exact 2) what error = "error", "warning", "note" exactly mean 3) how the details object has to be interpreted.
