Create functions to convert older versions of `emeScheme` to current function #48

The following functions have to be created to update the objects. They have to use the attributes of the objects or files to determine the version of the object / file:

[x] emeScheme_upgrade to upgrade an emeScheme object
[x] spreadsheet_upgrade to upgrade an emeScheme spreadsheet file
[x] xml_upgrade to upgrade an emeScheme xml file

I can’t think of more which have to be written.
