補充說明: 希望可以依照震度級別來強制顯示通知（繞過勿擾模式）官方文件：https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/managing-notifications 建議3級以上之地區使用Time Sensitive來顯示，超過5級以上地區使用Critical來顯示，可以讓晚上睡覺或者其他有開啟專注模式的使用者也能及時察覺到地震避難
