Same message is sent out many times #215

The following client has complained that the same message is being sent out many times to the same lead which causes the lead to run away!

Client's email: stevehirsch1@yahoo.com Lead name: Bill Foussard

  1. tell me all the clients and leads that reported this problem.

  2. Send this message to ALL the clients who reported this issue: "Our techical team is workig to resolve this issue today"
