Release first prototype of SHM #244

Basic features like:

  1. Monitor CPU, RAM and Disk Space by running Ruby script on each server.
  2. Watch parameters on dashboard, on real-time.
  3. Delete/Restore from the dashboard servers.
  4. Edit SSH parameters of servers: public ip, port, user, password.
  5. Label each server.
