When a new worker just started, it is still registered in the central only.
When I edit its parameters from the dashboard, it is updated in the central database only.
When the process map its parameters itself from the central to the division, the assigned process is not mapped.
When edit a worker, the dashboard should do an insert or update operation.

Problem
