Suggestion to make people able to break out of prison a legitimate way, maybe this could be done by being able to buy tools in prison like having buying a trowel to break through the brick wall into the yard, wire cutters to then cut through the fence and then having a shovel to dug under ground to escape but the police r alerted when the first stage has been started to make it difficult and let the police have a big time window to respond and catch the escapee

We have discussed a way for prisoners to do jobs around the prison to reduce the time overall per action, You can be broken out of jail by a fellow player as long as they take an officer hostage and making them open the doors. (PSCO's cant open doors)

Also realistically prisoners would not have access to sharp items inside the jail.
