BOM issues on A4 revision prior to commit e533c6e #1

There was an issue with the BOM for the early A4 release. The following parts need to be added:

3 WS2812 LEDs image

The part is COM-16347 at digikey or C2761795 at LCSC, orientation marked above.

Also need to install Q2 at this location: image

LCSC C2145 or 1514-CMPT5551TRPBFREECT-ND at Digikey

None of these early boards are being produced any longer.
