Undo closing input stream that transferMananager needs. I tested it locally and building in maven completed successfully.

Coverage remained the same at 74.729% when pulling d3aa3d19e5bc92d60c0f0f178cfaec4ec34a9034 on fix-s3copier into d3fcdb4a17baf03ee12d5297097363d93c38f6ec on master.
